In November 2022, Tod V. Beebe spoke as a panelist at the Bank Counsel Seminar for the Western Bankers’ Association in Las Vegas, NV. The topic was “TOP GUN MAVERICK: Bank Operations Advice from the Best!” The areas of discussion included emerging claims against banks with regard to electronic transactions authorized by the customer, claims arising from stolen user names and passwords, and new developments in Commercial Code Section 3405.
